The tourist tax is not included in the price!
To ensure that your reservation can be backed up, you have 30% of the full price in advance directly to the owner of the property pay and 70%, when you come to the accommodation unit.
Deposit refunded if everything is in order: 500 euros.
Possibility of free cancellation one week after booking (EXCEPT FOR THE LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS, THEN THE DEADLINE IS 48 HOURS). Last minute - reservation two weeks in advance.
On the last day of stay the guest is required, the accommodation until 10 am to leave so that the other guests from 16 hours to check in .
Pets are welcome and cost an additional 10 € for 1 night.
